Lake Elsinore Marine Search and Rescue (LEMSAR) Lake Elsinore Police Lake Patrol is augmented by a special group of volunteers: L.E.M.S.A.R.. These volunteers patrol the lake and are the eyes and ears of Lake Patrol. Rotary is an organization of business and professional leaders united worldwide who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world.

Inland Valley Assistance Dog Club. Local chapter of Paws-itive Empowerment Network. Brush-up work, recertification, public awareness, community support for teams paired with Assistance dogs. Workshop once a month and field trip once a month.

The purpose of this association shall be to help develop Christian values and improve the quality of life in the local area by involving individuals and families in programs that develop Spirit, Mind and Body.
